FIFA 14 stopped working or not opening error fix using cmd

1) Click Start
2) Type cmd
3) right click on cmd and click Run As Administator
4) Now type: BCDEdit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
5) Press enter.
6) Now close cmd and restart your computer. 
7) Now try opening fifa14.

    I can play FIFA 14 without any problem

    its not working for me
    after i type that in cmd i am getting response as "the value is protected by secure boot policy and cannot be modified or deleted

    I type that then i received that the boot configuration data store could not be opened. Acess denied.

      make sure it is running as administrator type(spacing is important): BCDEdit.exe/ set nx AlwaysOff

    nothing comes up after all the process and en error of "xinput1_3.dll" missing comes up
