1) Click Start
2) Type cmd
3) right click on cmd and click Run As Administator
4) Now type: BCDEdit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
5) Press enter.
6) Now close cmd and restart your computer. 
7) Now try opening fifa14.
